Shipping and Return policy:
Separate charge for shipping will be shown on your order form.
Most orders received before 4:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, are shipped the same day! Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed the next business day. As a security precaution, initial orders and orders shipping to alternate addresses may be held for extended verification.
We reserve the right to make partial shipments, which will not relieve you of your obligation to pay for the remaining deliveries.
All items purchased from Madman Audio Inc. are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Please notice that:
- All sales are final, no refunds, only exchanges are allowed
- Customers will have five days from date of product arrival to contact Madman Auido Inc. and setup an exchange . Please contact us for Return Authorization number.
- Shipping will be charged to the customer on all purchases and exchanges, unless otherwise stated
- . Exchange will only be allowed if all of the original packaging is intact and product is in original condition.
- No returns, exchanges or warranties on needles, cross faders ,bulbs and software based equipment.
- Microphones are also non-refundable/exchangeable due to health law requirements.
- All products are subjected to complete manufacturer warranty.
- All prices/availability subject to change without notice.
- Madman Audio Inc. is not responsible for any website pricing errors. To assure correct pricing and availability please contact a salesperson before placing an order.
- Illinois State Tax of 10.25% will be automatically added to customer from the state of Illinois
